We offer food handling courses that meet workplace requirements throughout Canada. Our courses are offered either through on-line programs or in classrooms. Participants that complete the on-line course will still need to attend one of our training centres to complete the final exam. On-line training requires approximately 6 to 10 hours to complete and the final examination (in class) takes approximately 40 minutes to complete. Participants receive temporary certification upon completion of the course and receive permanent certification via letter mail. In most provinces certification does not expire. In some province such as British Columbia, participants may be required to renew certification every 5 years.
